Yes. Every plant is carefully selected, inspected, and packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in healthy condition.

Our plants are packed securely using protective packaging to minimize movement during transit and help them arrive safely.


🚚 3. How long will delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Locations: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Water your plant only when the top layer of soil feels dry. Avoid overwatering, as it can lead to root rot.

Most indoor plants prefer bright, indirect sunlight. Avoid placing them under harsh afternoon sun unless the plant specifically requires full sunlight.

Yes. If your plant is supplied in a nursery pot or net pot, we recommend repotting it into a suitable pot with a well-draining potting mix after it has adjusted for a day or two.

Yes. All Plantora seeds are freshly packed and selected to provide good germination under suitable growing conditions.

No. Due to the perishable nature of live plants and gardening products, Plantora does not accept returns or offer replacements. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

Yes, but only before your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
