At Plantora, we take great care in packing every order to ensure your plants and gardening products reach you in the best possible condition. Since we deal with live plants and perishable products, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Plantora does not accept returns on any of the following:

  • ðŸŒŋ Live Plants
  • ðŸŒą Saplings
  • ðŸŒū Seeds
  • ðŸĨĨ Cocopeat
  • ðŸŒą Vermicompost
  • ðŸŠī Gardening Essentials
  • 🎁 Plant Combos

All purchases made on Plantora are considered final.


ðŸŒŋ Transit Damage Support Policy

Although every order is carefully packed, live plants may occasionally be affected during transit.

Plantora does not provide replacements or cash refunds for live plants.

However, if a plant is received completely damaged or dead due to transit, we may issue a Plantora Store Credit (Coupon) equal to the value of the affected plant after verification.

The coupon can be redeemed on your next purchase from www.plantorastore.com.


✅ Mandatory Requirements for Claim

To be eligible for a Store Credit, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • ðŸŽĨ A single continuous unboxing video starting before opening the parcel.
  • ðŸ“Ķ The parcel must be clearly visible from all sides, showing that it is sealed and unopened.
  • 🏷ïļ The shipping label and AWB/order details must be clearly visible.
  • ðŸŒŋ The complete unpacking process must be recorded without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
  • 📷 Clear photographs of the damaged plant after unpacking.

Claims without a continuous unboxing video will not be accepted.


ðŸŒą Verification Process

Our support team will review the submitted evidence.

If the damage is verified to have occurred during transit and the claim meets all policy requirements, a Plantora Store Credit (Coupon) equivalent to the value of the affected plant(s) will be issued.

The decision of Plantora regarding claim approval will be final.


🎁 Store Credit Terms

  • Valid only on www.plantorastore.com
  • Valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Cannot be used to reimburse previous orders.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are not included in the coupon value.

❌ Claims Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for Store Credit:

  • Minor yellowing of leaves.
  • Slight leaf drop.
  • Temporary wilting due to shipping stress.
  • Natural variations in plant size, colour, shape, or leaf count.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper care.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Missing or edited unboxing video.
  • Parcel opened before recording the unboxing video.

ðŸ’ģ Refund Policy

Plantora does not offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment.
  • Payment deducted but order not created.
  • Product unavailable before dispatch.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
