📦 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (where applicable).
🚚 Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
🌿 Plant Packaging
At Plantora, every plant is packed with extra care to minimize movement during transit.
Our packaging is designed to:
- Protect roots and foliage
- Reduce transit stress
- Help plants arrive in healthy condition
As live plants are natural products, slight variations in size, color, or leaf condition may occur.
📍 Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across most serviceable locations in India.
If your PIN code is not serviceable, we'll notify you and process a full refund if payment has already been made.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS (where available).
You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment until delivery.
🌱 Upon Receiving Your Plants
To help your plants recover after transit:
- Unpack them as soon as possible.
- Repot them if recommended.
- Water only if the growing medium is dry.
- Place them in bright, indirect sunlight for 2–3 days before exposing them to stronger light.
Some minor leaf drop or temporary stress is normal after shipping, and most healthy plants recover with proper care.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order.
Plantora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
