We do not accept returns on any products purchased from Plantora, including:

ðŸšŦ No Replacements

We do not offer replacements for any products after delivery.

As live plants are natural products, slight variations in size, shape, colour, leaf count, or appearance are normal. Minor leaf drop or transit stress may also occur and is part of the natural shipping process.

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend:

  • Refusing the delivery (where possible).
  • Contacting us immediately with your order details.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
